Delivery & Returns

All orders will be shipped via DHL within 2 business days (except during holidays - case in which you’ll be notified beforehand). After purchasing an item, you’ll receive an order confirmation.
Once the order has been processed and it's ready to ship, a shipment confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, followed by the tracking details.

Europe Zone 2 - 25€ (4–7 days)

Rest of Europe / Rest of the world - 35€ (3–6 days)


Non-European Customers
Non-European customers are responsible for any taxes or import duty charges that may be incurred in the process. These are variable according to each local government and will be charged by DHL upon delivery to the destination country.

UK Customers
Since Brexit, all the costs have increased exponentially and the current cost charged for taxes and import duty is around 75£ (per pair). We apologize for this large expense, but being a small business, at the moment we are unable to offer a better solution.

Returns and Exchanges policy

We accept returns and exchanges of non-sale items within 15 days of receipt of your order.
The items must be in perfect unworn condition, with all the original packaging pieces (boxes, dust bag, tags, etc). To start the return process e-mail us at info@aupres-aupres.com and provide your order details and a brief reason for your return. Items must be shipped within 5 days of the return notification.

Please note that all return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refundable unless the item is faulty. In case of exchange, the shipping of the second order will be complimentary for full price items (not sale items).

Once the return has been received and processed, we’ll make the refund within 7 days to the same method you used to pay. Any items that are not in a perfect condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you, so please be careful when trying them on (ideally on a carpet or similar soft surface).

European Customers
European customers can use a return method of your choice. We highly recommend using a trackable delivery service as you'll be responsible for any lost or undelivered package.

Non-European Customers
Non-European customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges that incur in the process, so in these cases we'll provide a prepaid shipping label, and charge a return fee of 35€, that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.

Sample Sale

Please note that all sample sales are final, and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Leather

As a natural material, leather may present marks and variations in color, grain, and texture. These are characteristics that make each pair so unique and should not be seen as faulty.
