Delivery information

All orders will be shipped via UPS within 2 business days (except during holidays - case in which you’ll be notified beforehand). After purchasing an item, you’ll receive an order confirmation. Once the order has been processed, a shipment confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, followed by the tracking details.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order.
The items must be in perfect unworn condition, with all the original packaging pieces (boxes, dust bag, tags, etc). To start the return process e-mail us at info@aupres-aupres.com and provide your order details and a brief reason for your return. Items must be shipped within 5 days of the return notification.

Please note that all return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refundable unless the item is faulty. Non-European customers are also responsible for any duty or customs charges that may be incurred in the process.

Once the return has been received and processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, and we’ll make the refund within 7 days to the same method you used to pay.

We highly recommend using a trackable delivery service as the customer will be responsible for any lost or undelivered package. Any items that are not in a perfect condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you, so please be careful when trying them on (ideally on a carpet or similar soft surface).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your order.
To start the exchange process e-mail us at info@aupres-aupres.com and provide your order details. Items must be shipped within 5 days of the exchange notification.
In these cases, the shipping of the second order will be complimentary for full price items (not sale items).
As on returns, the items must be in perfect unworn condition, with all the original packaging pieces (boxes, dust bag, tags, etc). We highly recommend using a trackable delivery service as the customer will be responsible for any lost or undelivered package.

Delivery failure

UPS will make up to three delivery attempts or deliver to the closest UPS Access Point; after the third delivery attempt or after 5 business days on the UPS Point without collecting it, your package may be returned to us. Please note that in these cases the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged during the refund process.
